I offer long-term therapy to individuals. My areas of expertise include:

• trauma (sexual abuse / assault, childhood trauma, intimate partner violence, trauma experienced as adult)
• depression
• anxiety
• dissociation (experiences of dissociation, including but not limited to OSDD, DID, and multiplicity)
• loss and grief
• (in)fertility / queer family planning
• discrimination / oppression
• chronic illness

I also work with people who are interested in exploring, strengthening, and accessing support around their identities, especially in regards to gender and sexuality.

Fees

My fee for each session is $150.  A sliding fee scale from $80 to $150 per session, offered based on availability.

I take commercial insurance plans through: Aetna and UnitedHealthcare.  I am also able to provide receipts for out-of-network reimbursement, if this is offered through your insurance provider.

I offer to meet for one or two sessions,* depending on the letter and the situation, to complete an assessment and write a letter that is often necessary for gender-affirming surgeries. This letter will be reviewed by you before being sent to your surgeon, and will be written according to the WPATH standards of care, as well as the requirements of your surgeon and insurance company (if applicable).

*Most gender-affirmation surgery letters only require one session. If you are interested in continuing to work together after the letter-writing process, this may be possible depending on my availability.

Fees

My fee for each letter-writing session is $150.  I take commercial insurance plans through Aetna and UnitedHealthcare.

If you are using insurance for this session, please be aware that there is a paperwork fee in addition to your copay/coinsurance for the letter-writing session itself.
